Catherine was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and has been an avid athlete her entire life. Her favorite sports include skiing, running, water skiing, volleyball, swimming, and hiking. After suffering a number of injuries while growing up she turned to chiropractic and massage therapy for help, eventually deciding to pursue both of them as a profession.
Catherine received her massage certification in 1993 and her Doctor of Chiropractic in 1997. Since then she has established herself as one of the most sought after therapists in the entire Bay Area. She is on the medical staff for USA Swimming Sports Medicine Council and travels with the Stanford Men’s and Women’s Swim Teams. She volunteers with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training (TNT) helping many participants successfully complete their event. She has worked with several pro-athletes (Olympic, National and International) but also enjoys working with recreational athletes and non-athletes alike. Most important, Catherine wants to help her patients maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
