Jonathan Olaes is an Orthopedic Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience as a NASM-certified Personal Trainer. With a background in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and competitive powerlifting, Jonathan has firsthand insight into the physical demands athletes and active individuals place on their bodies. His own experiences navigating injuries, both in and out of the weight room, sparked a passion for helping others recover, restore function, and regain peak performance.
Early in his career, Jonathan often used himself as a test subject—experimenting with different training methods and recovery strategies to better understand movement and performance. That curiosity evolved into an evidence-based, educational approach, motivating him to further his studies and refine his practice at the National Holistic Institute.
Jonathan is deeply committed to continuously improving his skills and evolving his craft to ensure each client receives the highest level of care. By integrating hands-on orthopedic massage therapy with a deep understanding of strength training and corrective exercise, he provides a comprehensive, client-centered experience designed to promote recovery, resilience, and lasting results.
