After nearly 30 years at our Sheridan Avenue location, Sports Medicine Institute’s Palo Alto office is moving to a new home.
Beginning June 15, 2026, all Palo Alto appointments will take place at:

We share a building with DeLeon Realty, and Sports Medicine Institute is located in the back of the building.
Please note: Only our Palo Alto office is relocating.
Our San Francisco office is not moving and will continue operating at its current location:

Appointments before June 15 will remain at our current Sheridan Avenue location.
While our address is changing, everything you know and love about Sports Medicine Institute will remain the same. You’ll continue to see the same providers and staff, and all of your favorite services and amenities—including our Recovery Lounge—will be available at our new location.
We are incredibly grateful for the many years we’ve spent serving our community from our Sheridan Avenue office. As we begin this next chapter, we look forward to welcoming you to our new space and continuing to support your health, recovery, and wellness.
