Kristoffer was born and raised in San Francisco, CA where he fell in love with playing basketball. When Kris was growing up, you would either find him playing basketball at local recreation centers around the city or eating burritos at his favorite taquerias. During this time, Kris went through numerous sports-related injuries. He experienced a number of different rehabilitation and training techniques to get help get him healthy and back to being physically active. This process inspired him to learn more about the human body, functional anatomy, strengthening and rehabilitation.
Kris went on to receive his BS in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science from San Francisco State University. During his time as an undergrad, Kris became an ACSM personal trainer and helped establish programs that promote health and wellness. In addition to becoming a trainer, Kris also found a passion for manual therapy and has been mentored by numerous Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Massage Therapists while obtaining his CA Massage Therapy Certification. With multiple years in the fitness and wellness industry, Kris has an extensive background in training and treating athletes, working professionals, individuals suffering from previous injuries and clients with minimal gym experience.
